Reservations

The Gin Mill Restaurant & Tavern operates
on a first come first served basis;
therefore, reservations are not taken for lunch or dinner.

Closings

The Gin Mill Restaurant & Tavern will be closed
on the following holidays:

• New Years Day

Designated Driver Program

At the Gin Mill Restaurant & Tavern
any person that chooses to be a "designated driver"
with a group of patrons at a table or at the bar
will receive complimentary coffee, tea,
or any soft drinks or juice
for the duration of their stay.

Smoking Accomodation

The Gin Mill Restaurant & Tavern is
not subject to the restrictions of
the City of Albuquerque Eighth Council Bill No. 0-51
(aka the Albuquerque Clean Indoor Air Ordinance),
dated September 12, 1988.
Since the Gin Mill Restaurant & Tavern qualifies
as a "bar", as set forth in Section 4.1 of that ordinance,
it is therefore exempt from smoking regulations
based on Section 9.1 of that ordinance.
